The Netherseer can see the future of the Nether. An ancestor of the Hellgazer, legend has it that when Hell was cast upon Bango it bounced back at the Hellgazer, removing his sight and destroying his horns and powers to gaze, but evolving them into the ability to see into the future of the Nether.
